She ended up saying that it was ok. I thought is was pretty darn good. I don’t think I found a pork chop she excitingly wants to eat.

I’m ended up grilling blade chops which I believe come from the front shoulder. I’ll be honest, not sure that is the best way to prepare lamb blade chops. I have a roast from that section as well. I may need to make an adjustment to my cooking for it. I also made poblano sweet potatoes and they were glorious.

So hard to not worry about the future. However, I believe it comes down to trust. You must trust God with all your heart, all your mind, and all your soul.
