    Our GCC Organics Beef is 100% grass-fed and 100% grass-finished beef. Not only that, they are moved daily to fresh pasture as the season allows, 6-7 months of the year. When the season doesn't allow, they are field fed dried grass, i.e. hay. Being field fed means they are not confined to a concrete pad the whole winter season. They are supplemented with mineral and salt only. They are not fed hormones, antibiotics, or highly concentrated feed.

    • Deposit and Weight Info

      This is a $250 deposit to secure your order for a half, 1/2, beef. The price per pound hanging weight due on delivery is $5.75/lb hanging weight minus deposit plus processing costs. We strive to have an average hanging weight of 150 lbs per half. This means some beef will weigh more and some will weigh less by as much as 50 lbs. We have small cows, so if you've shopped around, these are approximately the same size as another farm's 1/4 beef.

      Total price:

      150 lb hanging would be ~$865. Processing Cost ~$150. Total cost ~$1015. Take home weight ~98 lbs. Price/Lb on take home weight ~$10/lb.

      Roughly costs $150-$200, and we utilize The Cut Custom for our beef processing. 

    • Return & Refund Policy

      Refunds are not guaranteed on deposits but are considered on an individual basis. At our discretion, if the fulfillment date on the order exceeds 10 weeks, we may refund your deposit.

      We guarantee this will be the best beef you have ever tasted because of how we raise them. This means if you are not satisfied with your beef, we will make it right by either discount, exchange, or refund. At our discretion we may ask for the beef to be returned.

    • Delivery Info

      We deliver to your house or localized pick-up location depending on sales volume and time of year. We do not keep inventory. Once enough deposits are collected, cattle are processed. Expect delivery 10 to 16 weeks from your order time unless otherwise specified.
